The Community Foundation of Frederick County Scholarship Application Portal
Welcome to The Community Foundation of Frederick County’s Scholarship Application. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our donors.
- Scholarships for vocal or musical instruction and athletic participation are available from November 15 to December 15.
- Career Education Scholarships are available starting November 15 and are reviewed and awarded on a rolling basis.
- Carroll County residents can apply for the Harold Glen and Audrey G. Benson Trumpower Foundation Scholarship from February 1 to February 28.
- Our General Application, which is our largest scholarship program and supports scholars at all levels of post-secondary education, is open from March 1 to March 31.
If you are selected for an award, you will receive an email notification from notify@ngwebsolutions.com. Please check your spam and junk folders, or whitelist ngwebsolutions.com.
Award notifications will be sent as follows
- Vocal or Instrumental Music Scholarship and Athletic Scholarship: January
- Career Education Scholarships: Within 45 days of the application being submitted
- General Scholarship program and the Harold Glen and Audrey G. Benson Trumpower Foundation: May-June
You should continue to monitor this scholarship portal, as awardees are sometimes unable to accept their awards, in which case the funds will be re-awarded to an alternate.
